C2 Imaging Company Endorsement from Electrobot Creative

NBA ALL-STAR - 2013 HOUSTON

"C2 Imaging teamed up with Electrobot Creative to bring the 2013 NBA All-Star to Houston this year with a bold graphic presence that extended throughout the city. The decor program included impressive large-scale building wraps at the Toyota Center and the George R. Brown Convention Center, extensive graphic treatments at the 18 official hotels as well as both the Bush and Hobby Airports.

The NBA has engaged Electrobot Creative for many years to design and develop the All-Star decor program into a custom tailored set of environments that immerse players and fans alike in an All-Star atmosphere. Success depends upon a team effort. C2 Imaging was a fantastic partner, producing and coordinating installation for most of the program. Great attention to detail defines the focus they brought to this project. They were an active partner in assessing site-specific conditions and offering solutions that satisfied all the constraints. In determining the right materials, the right finishes and the right sizing, they ensured that hundreds of custom treatments integrated perfectly into the spaces of the event. With a tight timeframe and no room for error, they exceeded expectations bringing the event to life.

C2 Imaging, a division of Vomela, provides a very broad set of production capabilities. Many were utilized in support of All-Star. Coordinating production from several facilities, C2 Imaging maintained rich colors and crisp graphics that were consistent across all substrates. The dedication and follow through for a project of this scale was exceptional.

Special recognition goes out to Carla Stabley and Barry Strain. Carla, Senior Account Executive, was our main point of contact and project manager. She carefully shepherded the project through every step of the process, making some very important discoveries and saves along the way. With extensive experience, she knew all the right questions to ask and had an array of critical resources ready to engage. Barry, Operations Manager, also worked tirelessly to provide effective solutions for some challenging installation conditions. His efforts to solve problems kept production and installation on track and running smoothly. Together they built success into the effort at a level that was indispensable. They stand at the top of their profession.

A project like the All-Star decor program really puts a company to the test. Even at the toughest moments, C2 provided cheerful and friendly support.
